| Flavor of Seattle Culinary Arts Tour
|
Seattle has its own exciting and unique way of doing things, and cooking is no exception to this. Join us as we meet some of Seattle's premier executive chefs from our best restaurants. The chef and restaurant vary from day to day, so you'll have the opportunity to truly experience the flavor of Seattle with a local expert!
This tour is designed to be a fun filled interactive experience for everyone. We'll start out by meeting with our celebrity chef at our tour desk in the lobby of the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. After a warm introduction, we'll head out on a shopping expedition to a local market where you'll find out the tricks of the trade, as the chef explains to you how and what to choose for your own meals at home. Our chefs often shop themselves at such landmarks as the Pike Place Market, Uwajimaya Asian Marketplace, the Ballard and Fremont Farmers Markets, or even a local grocery. Which location you'll be visiting is a surprise you can only find out by taking the tour! As soon as we've gathered our supplies, it's off to their restaurant to cook up something special. Enjoy yourself as you watch the chef prepare one of their delicacies and sit back to sample what many in Seattle wait in line for.
Gray Line of Seattle highly recommends our featured partners, and hopes you take the opportunity to return to your tour location for a full meal during your stay.
