Judy Sprute
Judy has been with Holland America and the Transportation Division for over 16 years. In her current role as Director of Sales, Judy is responsible for making sure all of our fleet is in motion whether it’s a charter or a sightseeing tour. She is also responsible for filling our package tours. As the current Vice President of Membership for the Washington State Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, she remains very busy. Gray Line of Seattle also holds memberships in the following organizations: SYTA, NTA, TIA, WSAE, ABA, PCMA, IMG, PSBTA, Seattle’s Convention & Visitor Bureau and Tourism Vancouver. Judy has a degree in Psychology from San Diego State University where she was an active member of Chi Omega. She has volunteered in the past for Bellevue School District PTSA's, Boy Scouts of America Troop 662, and the University of Washington Chi Omega chapter. With two grown sons, Judy's spare time is now spent gardening and travelling with her husband.

Mollie Jones
Mollie Jones joined Gray Line of Seattle in 1998 and became Operations Manager in 1999. Her responsibilities include overseeing dispatch, assigning driver/guides, scheduling and fleet licensing. Previously, Jones served as Airport Services Manager for Gray Line of Seattle’s Airport Express promoting sales, supervising drivers and addressing customer service issues. She also has an extensive background in the hospitality industry and has been awarded many outstanding service awards throughout her career.

Joshua Gatherum
Joshua joined Gray Line in 2007 as the Charter manager and is responsible for the Charter department as well as the Convention Host program for Gray Line of Seattle. A recent transplant to Seattle, arriving from summers in Alaska working with Tourism and winters in Utah working in Sales. He brings energy and enthusiasm for exemplary customer service and exceeding expectations for the charter business. A graduate from Weber State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales; which emphasizes Customer relations, presentations, and negotiations. Joshua spends as much of his free time outdoors on sporting equipment ranging from skiing to mountain biking and everything in between. With a love of cycling he volunteers for a local junior cycling team that keeps youth racing year round all over the Northwest.

Jamie Peterson
Jamie Peterson joined Gray Line of Seattle in 2008 as the Marketing Manager. In this role, she is responsible for marketing campaigns and collateral, website management, and advertising initiatives. Jamie received her BA in Marketing from Whitworth College in 2005. After college, she worked at a top mortgage company where she was the Marketing Coordinator and handled all CRM management. She enjoys almost all sports, any sort of design or creativity, spending time with family and friends, music, reading, and dance. Her passions are her faith, traveling and photography.

Andrea Ingram
Andrea has been recently promoted to the level of Supervisor in the Charter Department here at Gray Line of Seattle. She began her tenure at GLS in 1997 after completing classes at Antioch University. A native to Seattle, Andrea can expertly assist both customers, and the others in the Charter Department, with accessing the best the region has to offer in the most cost effective manner possible.

Rich Waters
Rich is the Supervisor of our Convention Host program. Rich has extensive background is special events, tourism and entertainment. He is responsible for the quoting, coordination, routings, logistics and follow up of large events. Rich also is responsible for hiring, training and the assignments of our guide staff.

Karri Zuvela
Karri Zuvela joined Gray Line of Seattle in 2002. As Charter Sales Manager, she is responsible for development of new accounts and maintaining great relationships with our valued clients. She has extensive hospitality experience and has been awarded many customer service and sales awards throughout her career. She graduated from Parson's Design School in Paris and still enjoys art and design. Born and raised in Seattle, Karri takes advantage of the Pacific Northwest's many outdoor activities including skiing, sailing, and hiking.
